Security Officer

  • Copy of Driving Record with no (0) infractions within the past two years
  • 1 Year of documented and verifiable Security experience

Minimum requirements:

  • 1 year of security
  • No criminal records (No felonies, misdemeanors deferred or otherwise)
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalency
  • Possess and maintain a valid unrestricted driver's license with no violation in the last two years (copy of driving record required)
  • Be able to pass a drug screen
  • Maintain a telephone which is reachable at all times
  • Be able to provide previous employment references and history
  • Must have reliable transportation that can stay with you for the duration of your shift
  • Be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Possess above average writing skills (reading, writing, spelling, etc.)

Must-Have:

  • Maryland - Security Officer License
  • Maryland Handgun Permit
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Baton Certification
  • OC Spray Certification
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Working Cellular Phone
  • 1 Year of documented and verifiable Security experience

  • 21 years of age or older
